Southeastern Ecology & Permitting, LLC (SEEP) is a Virginia-based small, women-owned business specializing in natural resources, permitting, policy, and environmental compliance. SEEP launched in 2026 by four partners with over 55 years of combined experience in 25 states, primarily focused in Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington DC. SEEP supports infrastructure projects including power delivery, roadway, water, sewer, municipal utility, landfill, and renewable energy. Our team has supported alternative delivery projects including design-build and EPC. From small to large, SEEP can offer scalable support for projects of any size.
SEEP was founded on a simple idea: environmental compliance works best when it’s clear, responsive, and grounded in the realities of a project. We take the time to understand each client’s goals, constraints, and timelines, and we tailor our approach accordingly.
We see our role as both technical advisors and trusted partners. Environmental stewardship is central to what we do, but so is helping projects move forward efficiently and with confidence. At SEEP, clients can expect practical guidance, clear communication, and thoughtful solutions that balance regulatory requirements with real-world project needs.
